TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Pinkdose Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “Pinkdose”, "us" or ”we”, at the Pinkdose website, mobile website, or mobile application, or via telephone.
By using Pinkdose.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in a capacity of a company, can place an order. If you pay with debit card or Gift Card you can place an order from 16 years.
The inclusion of any products or services on pinkdose.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on pinkdose.com at the time you place your order.
Pinkdose want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the pinkdose.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at pinkdose.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
The delivery charge for each order will not be the same (Except the deliveries to Greece and Romania where is free) , depends of the size and weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store, catalogue and online may vary.
3. Ordering/conclusion of contract
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, an Pinkdose representative will contact you to settle the refund.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

7. Payment methods
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.
Payment before delivery
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. Pinkdose reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
When paying by PayPal, Pinkdose reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Pinkdose reserves the right to deny any purchase.
Data privacy is of high importance for Pinkdose and we want to be open and transparent with our processing of your personal data.
We therefore have a policy setting out how your personal data will be processed and protected.
Who is the controller of your personal data?
The Bulgarian company, Pinkdose ltd, is the controller of the personal data you submit to us and responsible for your personal data under applicable data protection law.
Who can access your data?
Your data may be shared within the Pinkdose group (for details on the companies within the Pinkdose group. We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the Pinkdose group.
Data that is forwarded to third parties, is only used to provide you with our services. You will find categories of third parties under every specific process below.
What is the legal ground for processing?
For every specific process of personal data we collect from you, we will inform you whether the provision of personal data is statutory or required to enter a contract and whether it is an obligation to provide the personal data and possible consequences if you choose not to.
What are your rights?
Right to access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact Pinkdose and we will provide you with your personal data via e-mail.
Right to portability:
Whenever Pinkdose processes your personal data, by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.
Right to rectification:
You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
If you have an Pinkdose account, you can edit your personal data under your account pages.
Right to complain with a supervisory authority:
If you consider Pinkdose to process your personal data in an incorrect way you can contact us. You also have the right to raise a complaint to a supervisory authority.
1. Return Conditions
Pinkdose only accepts returns of merchandise within the time frames set forth above, and will reimburse the purchase price of the products (minus shipping fees, as applicable) only if the following conditions have been met:
The products have not been used, worn or washed and are in the same conditions in which they were received;
The identification tag (with the disposable seal) and labels are still attached to the products;
The products are returned in their original packaging; and
The products are not damaged.
You cannot return customized or personalized products, or sealed items that were opened after delivery and that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics). Final sales items, swimwear, undergarments, and jewelry cannot be returned.
2. Return Procedures
You can inform Pinkdose of your intention to return merchandise by sending an email to email@example.com. Pinkdose will send you an email confirming that they have received your submition.
3. Acceptance or Rejection
If the return conditions are met, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted and Pinkdose will refund the purchase price of the returned merchandise (minus shipping fees, as applicable).
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not satisfy the conditions indicated above. In such event, your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery, Pinkdose reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of the products.
4. Refund Times and Procedures
Refunds are processed within approximately between three (3) to seven (7) business days of our receipt of the returned merchandise and confirmation that the return conditions have been satisfied. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
Refund times depend on the payment method originally used:
Credit/debit card: refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies, but will normally take place within two billing cycles.
PayPal (where available): refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
5. Return of Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
You have the right to return products purchased on the Website due to an error on our part or because product(s) are damaged or defective, provided that you notify Pinkdose within twenty (20) days of receipt of the product(s), by sending an email with explanation of the problem.
Pinkdose will examine the returned product(s) to determine whether they are damaged, defective or incorrect, and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time of whether Pinkdose will accept the returned product(s) and refund their price.
If accepted by Pinkdose, damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) will be refunded in full to your original method of payment, including applicable taxes and delivery shipping cost.
In the event that Pinkdose finds no damage, defect or error with the returned product(s), you will be notified that the refund will not be processed, and your merchandise will be shipped back to you. If you refuse said delivery Pinkdose reserves the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for the purchase of the product(s).
6. Exchange Conditions
Products may be exchanged only for a different size and/or color of the same model.
